Help!!!

I have a 2B, now I must be doing some-thing wrong. Can get nothing from channel "A",tried with just the pads. Checked the leads are ok,done everything poss. Only channel "B" wants to work. How do I get power from channel "A"????.

Channel A should work exactly the same as channel B. If you are having issues then drop customer service an email (info@e-stim.co.uk) or give them a call...I'm sure they can get it sorted for you
